Benjamin Zweig is a documentary film editor known for his expertise in archival-rich storytelling that brings historical depth and nuance to contemporary issues. His recent work includes editing the Hulu Original documentary The Lady Bird Diaries, which premiered at SXSW in 2023. Currently pursuing a Masters of Arts degree in Journalism at the University of Missouri (’25), Benjamin is developing a documentary short about a group of women whose 40-year friendship is sustained through their shared love of Mahjongg. His work is driven by a commitment to uncovering underrepresented narratives and exploring the layers of memory and history in everyday lives.
